You’ll take on missions, mask your trail of destruction, or sharpen your intuition to catch the Traitors in your own private experience.
Every morning brings a new Mission. Every afternoon, The Round Table convenes… and at night, the Traitors select their next victim. Will you get them before they get you?

Do you have what it takes to survive?
Prepare for multiple days of deception and deceit. Each day has 3 phases: a Mission, The Round Table and a Murder - each runs for a number of hours through the day, so you can jump in when convenient to you.
If you’re a Traitor, don’t get caught. If you’re a Faithful, it’s up to you to find the Traitors or risk becoming the next victim. The Traitors are revealed on the final day.

How The Game Works
10 minutes to set up. Over a week of treachery, deceit and suspense. Here’s how The Traitors: Anywhere works…
Set Up your Group
Gather your fellow players and join the game. The length of your game will depend on the number of players you start with. A custom invite link will be sent to every player on WhatsApp. You will only play with people you know, Traitors are amongst your group.
Divulge Your Secrets
Before the lies and deception can begin, all players will have to divulge some secrets of their own. All players privately answer a few questions including whether or not they want to be a Traitor. These will later become relevant during the game.
Discover Your Roles
All players enter the game as a Faithful, however, on Day 1 the Traitors are picked, and the deduction and betrayal begins. Whilst all players are in the "Castle" group chat wondering what's to come. The Traitors begin plotting in their own secret "Turret" chat.
Dawn TIL DUSK Gameplay
From now on, breakfast will consist of suspense and intrigue as players nervously wait to see who made it through the night. Each day will bring a new mission, new chances to collect gold for the prize pot, discuss suspicions and even the opportunity to earn a shield which will protect you from murder for that night. Accuse or be accused, vote until someone is banished, and by nightfall, the Traitors will put a target on someone’s back…and for them, it’ll be goodbye.
The Final Reveal
No more room for doubt. Do any of the Traitors still remain in your midst? Once you’ve unanimously agreed that the Traitors have been banished or only two players remain, all will be revealed. If you’ve successfully ousted the Traitors, the Faithfuls share the prize pot. If a Traitor remains, they take everything.
WHO ARE YOU?
The Traitors: Anywhere is a social deduction game. All players are assigned a role, either as a Traitor or a Faithful. But everyone is still themselves, just not everyone is telling the truth.
Faithfuls
There are more of you to start than there are Traitors, and there’s power in numbers. The only problem is, you don’t know how many other Faithfuls there are…or who they are. Your gut feelings have to be as sharp as your ability to read between the lines. Work out who you can trust, rally fellow players…and hope that the Traitors have their eye on someone more obvious than you.
If you make it to the End Game with other Faithfuls, that prize pot will be yours to share.
Traitors
Cunning, disruptive, tactical: these might not be words typically associated with your personality, but they are now. If you can make it through the game without raising suspicion, you’re doing your job well. You’re the ones in the know, and the only ones lucky enough to have somewhere else to plot without the Faithful players hearing a word.
Stay hidden in plain sight ‘til the End Game and the prize pot is all yours, no matter what.

What Do I Need to Play The Traitors: Anywhere?
All you need to play The Traitors: Anywhere is WhatsApp and a connection to WiFi or cellular data. You will not be required to download anything extra. The game is not playable without WhatsApp.
Where Is The Traitors: Anywhere Available?
The Traitors: Anywhere is currently only available to be purchased in the UK and Ireland. The game is playable outside of those countries (if a player is abroad, on holiday, etc), but please be aware of timezone differences during gameplay.
When Will The Traitors: Anywhere Be Available to Play?
Games purchased now can start any date from the 15th of September.
Do I Need to Have Watched The Traitors Before to Play?
The Traitors: Anywhere is designed to be enjoyed by everyone. Clear instructions for gameplay will be provided so everyone can join in, superfans and newcomers alike.
How Are Traitors Chosen?
Before the game begins, you'll have a chance to privately declare your preferences. The host will factor this in, but it won't stop a Traitor from recruiting you later in the game.
Whichever role you’re given, your best bet at making it to the end is to be as convincing a Faithful as possible!
What Are The Rules of The Game?
At the start of your game, you will receive a link to a Player Manual containing all the rules, descriptions and explanations you need.
If there’s something missing, it’s likely because you aren’t allowed to know the answer to the question (such as how many Traitors there could be at any given time).
We recommend pinning this message at the start of your game in case you need to take a look at it later on!
Teams & Setting Up
Who Will I Be Playing With?
The Traitors: Anywhere is played in private groups where the organiser is in charge of adding phone numbers. Strangers will not be added to your game.
Is There A Minimum Or Maximum Group Size?
The minimum number of players for The Traitors: Anywhere is 8. The maximum number of players per game is 30.
If you have a larger number of players, you can split players up into smaller groups. Afterwards, winners can start a new game and play a head-to-head game to crown an overall winner.
Can I Play The Traitors: Anywhere More Than Once?
Yes you can! You or the organiser can repurchase the game to have another crack at deceit. Each game is unique, even if you play with the same players multiple times; the gameplay, missions and structure will change on each playthrough.
How do I Make Changes to My Castle and/or Account?
To make changes to your Castle or account, log in to your dashboard. Make sure you check your email address and phone numbers before the game begins. If you’ve made a typo, you can change it by accessing your dashboard or by editing your profile.
You can adjust your game’s daily timetable by clicking on Advanced Settings. Use the sliders or fill in your preferred times manually. All phases must be included and minimum lengths apply. Please note that changes will take effect the following day.

As a guide, games typically last around 4 days for groups of 8 and up to 15 days for groups of 30.

The minimum age to purchase tickets for and play the experience is 16+.
Does The Experience Cater To Accessibility Needs?
The Traitors: Anywhere is designed for everyone. There are no physical challenges involved in Missions.
Passes & Pricing
How Much Does a Game Cost?
Each game costs £8.99 per player for between 6-15 days of gameplay, depending on your starting group size.
Game pass bundles are available to purchase at a discount; these are tied to your account. The more passes you buy, the cheaper it costs to play a game. Bundle passes are non-transferable and belong to the account holder.
Alternatively, an organiser can pre-pay for all players within a Castle. This loads all the pre-paid passes into the organiser’s account which they can then assign to players within their game.
Who Purchases Tickets and How?
You can either pay for your own pass or one person can purchase a Castle of up to 30 players. Passes are non-transferable.
If you purchase a bundle, your passes are attached to your account to be used for multiple games at a discounted rate.
If you wish to give a pass, multiple passes or an entire Castle to another player, you can purchase a gift card here.
How Do I Get a Refund?
Passes purchased within 14 working days can be refunded provided they have not been used for a game, or if you encounter issues during the experience beyond players’ control.
