The Traitors: Anywhere is operated by Lattice Digital Ltd, trading as CityDays ("CityDays", "we", "us", "our"), which runs the experience, together with our group company Lattice Ltd. Both companies are registered in England and Wales at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

For the personal data described in this policy, the data controller is Lattice Digital Ltd. We are registered with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number 14514220.

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you register your interest in, or sign up for, The Traitors: Anywhere - for example by completing one of our sign-up forms - and when you interact with related pages. Your wider use of the CityDays website is also governed by the main CityDays Privacy Policy (citydays.com/privacy-policy).

3. The personal data we collect
When you complete a sign-up form, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Confirmation that you are aged 16 or over
- Your country / location (we are initially open to players in the UK and Ireland only)
- Your phone number (if requested on the form)
- Your marketing preferences
When you browse our pages, we may also collect technical and usage data automatically, such as your IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data. See our Cookie Policy (citydays.com/cookie-policy) for details. If you contact us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

4. How we use your data, and our legal bases
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your data. We use your data as follows:
- To manage your registration and respond to you about The Traitors: Anywhere - to deliver the experience you asked to hear about.
- To send you news and updates about The Traitors: Anywhere and other CityDays experiences - marketing you've agreed to receive.
- To allow other CityDays businesses to contact you about their experiences - marketing you've agreed to receive.
- To confirm eligibility (UK & Ireland, aged 16+) - to run a fair and lawful campaign.
- To understand how our pages are used and improve them - to improve our service.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues - to protect you and us.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations - where the law requires it.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see section 9). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object (see section 9), and we have balanced our interests against your rights.

5. Marketing and your choices
If you've agreed to hear from us, we'll send you updates about The Traitors: Anywhere and other CityDays experiences. If you've agreed that other CityDays businesses may contact you, they may send you news about their own experiences. Those businesses are the CityDays group companies named in sections 1 and 6 of this policy, and you can find out more about CityDays at citydays.com.
You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, updating your preferences, or contacting us at hello@citydays.com. Withdrawing consent won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

6. Who we share your data with
Your data is part of our business and we never sell it. We share it only as set out below:
- CityDays businesses - Lattice Digital Ltd, Lattice Ltd and other companies within our group, where you've agreed to hear from them (see section 5).
- Service providers acting on our behalf - for example our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), our email and marketing platform, and analytics providers. These providers process your data only on our instructions and under contract.
- Legal and regulatory bodies - where we're required to disclose data by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others.
- Business transfers - if our business (or part of it) is sold, merged or reorganised, your data may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to protect it in line with this policy.

7. Where your data is stored and transferred
Your data is hosted with Amazon Web Services. Some of our providers may store or process data outside the UK or European
Economic Area. Where that happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place - such as a UK adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the IDTA Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses - so your data receives equivalent protection.

8. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide you with information about The Traitors: Anywhere and our experiences, and while you remain happy to hear from us. We don't apply a fixed deletion date, but you can ask us to delete your data, or withdraw your consent to marketing, at any time (see section 9) - and we'll act on that promptly. If you withdraw consent, we retain a minimal record of your opt-out so we can honour your preference.

9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:- access the personal data we hold about you;
- rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase your data ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to our processing in certain circumstances;
- data portability - receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it; and
- complain to the ICO (see section 13).

11. Age requirement
The Traitors: Anywhere is open to players aged 16 or over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 in connection with this experience. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with data, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. How we keep your data secure
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but once we receive your data we apply strict procedures to safeguard it. Where you hold an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
